If you haven't received your order yet, we recommend checking the delivery method (instant vs manual). Just navigate to your profile menu -> "Orders" -> "Purchased orders" and review the order details.
If the delivery time has passed already, reach out to the seller via order chat for more information. Sellers own the details, and they want to keep your satisfaction high. They are happy to address your concerns.
