How do I open a dispute?

If you have issues with the order, e.g., log in details are incorrect, the order was partly delivered, or the order does not match the description, etc., we recommend reaching out to the seller directly before raising a dispute.

In case contacting the seller does not help, raise a dispute for the order and provide the necessary details to submit the claim. Note that you can open a dispute while the order is in pending or delivered status.

For your dispute to be reviewed, you will have to provide the following details (screenshots, in-game chats, videos, or any other documentation):

  • Proof of the seller's product description

  • Proof of incorrect login information

  • Proof of login details being changed

  • Proof of the order not being as described (e.g., missing items, banned)

Once successfully submitted, disputes are reviewed as quickly as possible, however, depending on the complexity of the case, resolving may take up to a few business days.

If the issue arises after the order is completed and messaging the seller did not help, reach out to our Client Support, we will do our best to assist you and contact the seller on your behalf.
