In case of any questions or issues with the order, your first point of contact should be the seller. Sellers are motivated to keep you satisfied and are willing to resolve any issues. Please reach out to them in the order chat.

How do I raise a dispute

If contacting the seller didn't help, raise a dispute and provide as much proof as possible to support your side (any screenshots and videos are usually very useful).

What to I do in the dispute

When you raise a dispute, we expect you:

  • to be clear what the issue is

  • to provide as much proof as possible (screenshots, in-game chats, videos, or any other documentation) of your issue

  • to communicate with the seller and GG Chest staff in a polite and respectful manner.

What happens with my dispute

  • GG Chest staff will review a dispute

  • Both parties (seller and buyer) are expected to be active in the dispute: the seller to support the buyer, and the buyer to answer the seller's questions and follow their instructions and guidelines

  • GG Chest will evaluate collected trends, communication, and evidence, and make a decision as quickly as possible.

  • Disputes are typically resolved in less than 3 days

  • Depending on the complexity of the case, resolving the dispute may take up to a few business days.

We have zero tolerance for:

  • any attempts to cheat. If we notice a clear trend in your behavior trying to dispute products that are actually working, we may consider banning your account on GG Chest.

  • for intolerant behavior and language, including disrespect, hostility, racism, sexism, or religious discrimination. If we observe this behavior, we may consider banning your account on GG Chest.

Heads up! You can open a dispute as long as the order hasn't reached Completed status. Warranty period ends once the order reaches Completed status.

If the issue arises after this period, you're welcome to contact the seller directly through the order chat, but the seller is not obliged to issue a refund.
