How do I open a dispute?
We suggest that you always contact the seller via chat before raising a dispute. Sellers are usually eager to resolve issues and keep the satisfaction level high.
Contact the seller primarily if you have issues like incorrect login details, the order was partly delivered, or the order does not match the description.
If contacting the seller doesn't help, raise a dispute with the necessary details.
Heads up! You can open a dispute as long as the order hasn't reached Completed status.
For your dispute to be reviewed, please provide the following details (screenshots, in-game chats, videos, or any other documentation):
Proof of the seller's product description
Proof of incorrect login information
Proof of login details being changed
Proof of the order not being as described (e.g., missing items, banned).
Once GG Chest receives a dispute, it will be reviewed, evidence collected from both parties, and a decision will be made as quickly as possible. However, depending on the complexity of the case, resolving the dispute may take up to a few business days.
If the issue arises after the order is completed, contact the seller. If it doesn't help, please get in touch with our Client Support team via web chat or email support@ggchest.com. We will do our best to assist you and contact the seller on your behalf.
