Yes you can, once you purchase an order. Instructions on how to find the chat in the order are placed here. The chat is available all the time, so even if you encounter any issues later, you can still drop a message there for the seller.

There is no option to contact the seller pre-purchase. Therefore, we strongly recommend reading the offer description and all the related details carefully to make sure you're purchasing something suitable for your needs. We can't guarantee any refunds if you simply change your mind. Refunds are only applicable if the seller sold you the order with the details that don't work.
