1. I have purchased an order, but I haven't received it. What do I do?

Just so you know, order details come from the sellers. They are notified once you purchase the order. Depending on the delivery method, you should receive your order either:
automatically (immediately)
manually (within the given time frame)
To find the details about your order, you should log in to your GG Chest account, and select:
Orders -> Purchased orders -> Click on the order name in question -> Find the details in the chat with the seller (if it's a manual delivery) or in the order page (if it's an auto delivery).
