Refund eligibility criteria 

Accounts 

Your account order is eligible for a refund if: 

  • The login details are incorrect, or the account does not have full access (the seller is given 24 hours to investigate and resolve the issue before further actions take place) 

  • The account was not delivered within the guaranteed delivery time 

  • The account is not working or does not match the description  

  • The account was compromised. 

Your account order is not eligible for a refund if: 

  • You purchased it by mistake (you may contact the seller and request a return, but the seller has the right to refuse your request) 

  • You changed the account's login details or resold the account 

  • You altered the account (e.g., by playing on it or making purchases) 

  • The account was banned/shadow-banned due to your actions (e.g., use of bots, toxic behavior, contacting game developers) 

  • You publicly shared the details of the account mismatch from the description  

  • The account was not purchased through our website

Items and Currency 

Your order is eligible for a refund if: 

  • The seller failed to deliver the order within the guaranteed delivery time 

  • The seller partially delivered the order within the guaranteed delivery time 

  • The seller did not inform you of risks (excluding RWT) that could negatively affect your account 

  • Your account was impacted by receiving currency that was obtained through illegitimate gameplay (cheating, botting, fraud, and similar) 

  • Items were obtained through cheating or fraud. 

 

Your order is not eligible for a refund if: 

  • The guaranteed delivery time has not passed yet  

  • Items or currency were not purchased through our website  

  • The evidence of incomplete delivery is shared publicly on external platforms 

  • Your account was banned due to RWT or risks disclosed by the seller 

  • You provided an incorrect account/character name for the order 

  • You traded the items or currency for a different account. 

 

How to request a refund 

  1. If you received your order as described and did not alter it. In this scenario, you should contact the seller via chat and ask for a return and refund. Just so you know, the seller has the right to refuse your request and we cannot force them to accept your request. 
     

  1. If there is an issue with the order (e.g., log in details are incorrect, the order was partly delivered, or it doesn't match the description, etc.). In this scenario, you should first of all contact the seller via chat. If it doesn't help, raise a dispute with the necessary details. You can learn more about the Dispute process here

Refund methods 

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. After the refund is approved and the order is canceled, the full amount (order total + fees) is returned to the buyer. 

Refund timeline 

Refund processing can take up to one week, but we attempt to do everything that's within our control as soon as possible.
