Refund eligibility criteria by product category
Accounts
✅ Your account order is eligible for a refund if:
The login details are incorrect, and the seller doesn't resolve it
The account does not have full access, and the seller doesn't resolve it
The account was not delivered within the guaranteed delivery time (you can request cancellation as long as the order hasn't been delivered)
The account does not match the description, and the seller doesn't resolve it
In each of these situations, message the seller first. If it didn't help, we ask you to raise a dispute and give the seller 24 hours to investigate and resolve the issue. The dispute may last for up to 3 days, depending on the issue's complexity.
⛔ Your account order is not eligible for a refund if:
If the account warranty time has passed
You purchased it by mistake / you changed your mind
You changed the account's login details or resold the account
You altered the account (e.g., by playing on it or making purchases)
The account was banned / shadow-banned due to your actions (e.g., use of bots, toxic behavior, contacting game developers)
You publicly shared the details of the account mismatch from the description
Items and Currency
✅ Your order is eligible for a refund if:
Your order was not delivered within the guaranteed delivery time (you can request cancellation as long as the order hasn't been delivered). In this context, Delivery refers to the seller's attempt to contact the buyer and arrange delivery without delay
The seller delivered the order only partially
The seller did not inform you of risks (excluding RWT) that could negatively affect your account
Your account was impacted by receiving currency that was obtained through illegitimate gameplay (cheating, botting, fraud, and similar)
⛔ Your order is not eligible for a refund if:
The guaranteed delivery time has not passed yet. In this context, Delivery refers to the seller's attempt to contact the buyer and arrange delivery without delay
The evidence of incomplete delivery is shared publicly on external platforms
Your account was banned due to risks disclosed by the seller, or RWT (Real World Trading)
You provided incorrect details (account, character name, etc.) to deliver the order
You traded the items or currency back for a different account.
How to request a refund
If you believe your case is eligible for a refund, we recommend contacting the seller via order chat first. If it doesn't help, please raise a dispute with as much proof as possible to support your side. You can learn more about the Dispute process here.
Refund methods
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. After the refund is approved and the order is canceled, the full amount (order total + fees) is returned to the buyer.
Refund timeline
Refund processing can take up to one week, but we attempt to do everything that's within our control as soon as possible.
