GG Chest's guarantee ensures that all trades are secure and protected from fraudsters. We take full responsibility for buying and selling processes in the marketplace.
Buyers are fully protected against sellers who fail to deliver or deliver orders that do not match the original offer. In such cases, the buyer is eligible to receive a full refund.
Note that sellers receive funds only after the buyer confirms a successful receipt of the order.
