Am I eligible for a refund? / Currency & Items

Your order is eligible for a refund if:

  • The seller failed to deliver the order within the guaranteed delivery time

  • The seller partially delivered the order within the guaranteed delivery time

  • The seller did not inform you of risks (excluding RWT) that could negatively affect your account

  • Your account was impacted by receiving currency

  • Items were obtained through cheating or fraud


Your order is not eligible for a refund if:

  • Items or currency were not purchased through GG Chest

  • The guaranteed delivery time has not passed yet

  • The evidence of incomplete delivery is shared publically on external platforms

  • Your account was banned due to RWT or risks disclosed by the seller

  • You provided an incorrect account/character name for the order

  • You traded the items or currency to a different account
