How can I request a refund?

You can get a refund in two situations:
If you received your order as described and did not alter it. In this scenario, you should contact the seller via chat and ask for a return and refund. Just so you know, the seller has the right to refuse your request and we cannot force them to accept your request.
If there is an issue with the order (e.g., log in details are incorrect, the order was partly delivered, or it doesn't match the description, etc.). In this scenario, you should first of all contact the seller via chat. If it doesn't help, raise a dispute with the necessary details. You can learn more about the Dispute process here.
