How can I request a refund?

If the order is still incomplete and you haven't altered it, you may contact the seller and request a return. However, note that the seller has the right to refuse your request if the order matches the description. GG Chest cannot force the seller to accept the return.

If you have issues with the order and messaging the seller did not help, raise a dispute and submit the claim. Once successfully submitted, disputes are reviewed as quickly as possible, however, depending on the complexity of the case, resolving may take up to a few business days.
