Account warranty

Every account order on GG Chest comes with a free 7-day account warranty.

The account warranty covers:

  • Cases where the account is not working or does not match the description

  • If account access is lost due to the account recovery performed by the seller

  • Account bans due to ownership transfer or violations by the seller.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Account bans due to buyer's violations or due to the seller's instructions not being followed (for example, using cheats or contacting the game support when advised not to)

  • Loss of access not related to the seller's actions (e.g., forgetting your password)

  • Cases where the account was resold

  • Items on the account or any additional costs.

The account warranty is not valid after 7 days. However, if you are facing issues with the order after 7 days, contact the seller via chat first. If that didn't help, please get in touch with our Client Support team via web chat or email support@ggchest.com. We will do our best to contact the seller on your behalf, but we cannot promise the success of our attempts.

Dispute process

If you have issues with the delivery or anything else about the order within 7 days, contact the seller via chat first. Sellers want to keep your satisfaction high, so they're usually happy to address your concerns.

If contacting the seller didn't help, raise a dispute with the necessary details. You can learn more about the Dispute process here. The account warranty remains valid as long as your dispute is active, even if the resolution takes longer than 7 days.
