If you haven't received your order yet, we highly recommend double-checking the delivery method (not all orders have instant delivery). You can do that by navigating to your account's 'Orders' -> 'Purchased orders' section and reviewing the specific order's details.

If the delivery time has passed already, reach out to the seller for more information on your order status. Sellers want to keep your satisfaction high, so they're usually happy to address your concerns.
