Delivery methods - Accounts

All purchased accounts are either instantly delivered in the order details, or provided by the seller directly in-chat to the buyer.

After a successful payment for your account order:

• You will be redirected to the order page

• Contact the seller via chat and await their response within the guaranteed delivery time. If the delivery is instant, you will see the account details immediately

• The seller will provide the account information and assist with the account transfer.

After receiving the account and confirming it matches the description:

• Click the 'Order Received' button on the order page once you're sure about the account details. Remember, carefully check all the details of the account you purchased before making any changes.

• Tick all the boxes in the confirmation window to verify that you have successfully taken ownership of the purchased account

Remember, every account order on GG Chest comes with a free 7-day account warranty. If you have issues with your new account, contact the seller via chat first. Sellers want to keep your satisfaction high, so they're usually happy to address your concerns.
