What are the delivery methods? / Accounts
All purchased accounts are either instantly delivered in the order details, or provided directly from seller to buyer in-chat.
After a successful payment for your account order:
You will be redirected to the order details (note that all of your purchased orders can be found in your account's Orders / Purchased orders section)
You will see the account details immediately, if it's an instant delivery
For non-instant deliveries, contact the seller via chat and wait for their response within the guaranteed delivery time
The seller will provide the account information and assist with the account transfer
After receiving the account and confirming it matches the description:
Click the 'Order Received' button on the order page
Tick all the boxes in the confirmation window to verify that you have successfully taken ownership of the purchased account
If you encounter issues (e.g., the seller is unresponsive, the account doesn’t match the description, etc.), click 'Raise a Dispute' to contact Client Support. Our team will help you to resolve the issue with the seller or process a refund.
Note that every account order on GG Chest comes with a free 5-day account warranty. If you have issues with your new account, raise a dispute and provide the necessary details to submit the claim and request a refund.
