How will I receive my order?

If you weren't automatically redirected to the order page after completing your purchase, go to the Orders / Purchased orders section of your account:

Click on the order to view its details and access a chat option to communicate directly with the seller.

Once you have received your product, return to the Order page, click 'Order Received' to confirm your order was delivered, and don't forget to leave feedback for the seller.

If you experience issues with your order and contacting the seller does not help, raise a dispute for the order and provide the necessary details to submit the claim. You can also contact our Client Support via live chat or email support@ggchest.com to have your case reviewed by our team.

Note that you can open a dispute while the order is in pending or delivered status. If the issue arises after the order is completed, contact Client Support.
