To begin with, we recommend using a mobile device to ensure a smooth process, as high-quality photos are required. The verification process is simple if you have the required documents. Please follow these steps:

• Take a clear photo of your personal document. If the document has multiple sides, photograph each one

• Write 'GG Chest' on paper and take a selfie. Make sure to face the camera directly and hold your personal document together with the paper so that the details and document photo are visible (avoid dark environments or bright lights behind you, as this could cause the rejection)

• Please email the files to support@ggchest.com. If you're verifying as a company, please send the company documents indicated here, in addition to your ID and selfie.

After submission, we'll attempt to review the documents as soon as possible, usually within a few hours, up to one day.
