How can I verify my identity?

If you want to become a seller, you'll need to go through the verification process. For the time being, you need to:

  • Get in touch with our Customer Support team via web chat or support@ggchest.com

  • We will generate a unique link to you so that you can complete the process through our verification partners - Veriff Station (you can check them out here)

  • Once you receive a link, just follow the steps there. The process is extremely easy as long as you have your document at hand

  • Once you submit your documents, please be so kind to inform us about it so that we can check the status. The Veriff Station hasn't been integrated to our CRM yet, so we need to complete the process manually.

We recommend using a mobile device to make sure it is smooth, as high-quality photos are required.
