How can I verify my identity?

On GG Chest, sellers must verify their identity. You’ll be requested to pass the verification before listing your first sale offer.

We recommend using a mobile device to ensure a smooth process, as high-quality photos will be required. The identification process is pretty simple, make sure you have the required documents and follow the steps below:

• Take a clear photo of your personal document. If the document has multiple pages or sides, photograph each one

• Write 'GG Chest' on a piece of paper and take a selfie. Make sure to face the camera directly and hold your personal document together with the paper so that the details and document photo are clearly visible (avoid dark environments or bright lights behind you, as this could cause your submission to be rejected)

• If you are verifying a company account, make sure you have the required documents ready and valid

• Send an email with the files to support@ggchest.com

After submission, verifications are usually reviewed within a few hours, up to one day.
