Order delivery guidelines
To achieve successful delivery of the offers, follow these guidelines:
Make sure that orders are delivered within the specified delivery time
Mark them as 'Delivered' only after the order is fully completed
If an order is delayed or incomplete, you must get the buyer's approval before proceeding
Delivering late or partial orders without the buyer’s consent could result in a full refund if a dispute is opened.
If you wish to update the delivery time for the offer:
Go to the 'Offers' section, and select product type: Currency, Items, or Accounts
Press 'Edit' on the selected offer to adjust the delivery time.
Press 'Save' to save the changes.
