Order delivery guidelines

  • Make sure that orders are delivered within the specified delivery time and mark them as 'Delivered' only after the order is fully completed

  • If an order is delayed or incomplete, you must get the buyer's approval before proceeding. Delivering late or partial orders without the buyer’s consent could result in a full refund if a dispute is opened

If you wish to update the delivery time for one or multiple offers at once:

  • Go to the Offers section, select Currency/Items/Accounts

  • Press 'Edit' on the preferred offer to adjust the delivery time of that offer. Press 'Save' to save the changes

  • If you wish to adjust the delivery time for multiple offers, press 'Bulk actions' then 'Delivery time'. Do not forget to confirm the changes by pressing 'Save'
