Order delivery guidelines

To achieve successful delivery of the offers, follow these guidelines:

  • Make sure that orders are delivered within the specified delivery time

  • Mark them as 'Delivered' only after the order is fully completed

  • If an order is delayed or incomplete, you must get the buyer's approval before proceeding

  • Delivering late or partial orders without the buyer’s consent could result in a full refund if a dispute is opened.

If you wish to update the delivery time for the offer:

  • Go to the 'Offers' section, and select product type: Currency, Items, or Accounts

  • Press 'Edit' on the selected offer to adjust the delivery time.

  • Press 'Save' to save the changes.
