Tips on dispute handling
Buyers can raise a dispute if they consider their order has not been delivered or delivered incorrectly. We encourage buyers to contact sellers as the primary way of settling the dispute. But if buyers raise an official dispute, this is what we expect from you:
Respond to the dispute within 24 hours
Communicate with the buyer to understand the issue
Upload proof (screenshots, in-game chats, videos, or any other documentation) from your side that could help resolve the problem
If possible, offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the case.

Our Client Support team will take care of the rest. Depending on the case, the resolution may take up to a few business days.
