Dispute handling expectations for sellers

Buyers can raise a dispute if they consider their order has not been delivered or delivered incorrectly. We encourage buyers to contact sellers as the primary way of settling the dispute. But if buyers raise an official dispute, this is what we expect from the seller:

  • Respond to the dispute as soon as possible

  • Communicate with the buyer to understand the issue

  • Upload proof (screenshots, in-game chats, videos, or any other documentation) from your side that could help resolve the problem

  • If possible, offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the case.
