Dispute handling expectations for sellers

Buyers can raise a dispute if they consider their order has not been delivered or delivered incorrectly. We encourage buyers to contact sellers as the primary way of settling the disagreement. But if buyers raise an official dispute, this is what we expect from the sellers:

  • Respond to the buyer in the dispute as soon as possible. We expect you to react in the first 12 hours. Failure to provide any assistance in the first 24 hours may result in the dispute being resolved in the buyer's favor

  • Communicate with the buyer in a polite and professional way to understand the issue. Remember that you also represent GG Chest

  • Provide as much proof as possible to support your side (screenshots, in-game chats, videos, or any other documentation are especially welcome), and help resolve the problem

  • Depending on the case, offer a replacement or provide a refund.
