Tips on dispute handling

  • Respond to the dispute within 24 hours

  • Communicate with the buyer to understand the issue

  • Upload proof (screenshots, in-game chats, videos, or any other documentation) from your side that could help resolve the problem

  • If possible, offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the case

If you cannot resolve the issue directly with the buyer, contact GG Chest's Client Support at support@ggchest.com and provide the necessary proof, GG Chest will handle the dispute.

Note that the resolution may take up to a few business days, depending on the case.
