Withdrawal process via Crypto

If you're withdrawing via this method for the first time, please get in touch with our Client Support team via web chat or email support@ggchest.com and provide this information:

  • Your wallet address

  • Your full name

  • Network (available networks are: Solana, Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Arbitrum)

Just so you know, the only available cryptocurrency is USDC.

Withdrawal process via SEPA

If you're withdrawing via this method for the first time, please get in touch with our Client Support team via web chat or email support@ggchest.com and provide this information:

  • Your bank account (IBAN)

  • Your full name

  • Your bank's SWIFT/BIC code

Just so you know, the equivalent amount in your local currency will be transferred after converting from USD, with exchange rates depending on the currency.

When will you receive your funds?

Funds are processed in two steps:

  1. We process your withdrawal request within 3 business days.

  2. Once we process it, it will take another 1-3 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on the processing times between the banks.

Regardless of the method you select, we only need you to provide the relevant details once. We'll fill them into our system, and from then on, you'll be able to request withdrawals without contacting us. You'll simply need to navigate to your profile, select the Wallet section, and select everything that is needed to request a withdrawal.
