Sellers' GGuarantee protects sellers against fraud, chargebacks, and unfair dispute outcomes.

The Guarantee first of all ensures fair dispute resolution. If a buyer raises a dispute, sellers will receive their funds provided that the order was delivered correctly and in full, in accordance with the agreed terms.

In the event of fraudulent activity or a chargeback, the company ensures that the seller still receives payment, regardless of the final outcome of the chargeback process. All chargeback handling is managed directly with third-party payment providers, so sellers are not required to take any action.
