What are the acceptable documents for verification?

You need to present a valid document to verify your identity successfully.

Individual sellers

For individual seller verification, we accept these government-issued documents:

• Driver's licenses

• National IDs

• Passports

• Residence permits (these are accepted only in some countries, not in all).

The document list might be slightly different in various countries, so if you have any questions about it, please let our Customer Support team know, and we'll help you out.

Business accounts

To verify the seller’s account as a company, official company documents must be submitted, in addition to personal UBO (ultimate beneficial owner) identification using a valid identification document.

To verify you as a company, we need:

• Extract from the business register

• Document certifying the rights to represent the company (if it’s not stated in the business register)

• Documents that can verify the company’s registration number, legal address, and beneficial owners (if it’s not stated in the business register)
