Can I change my email address?

Yes, you can change your email address. To do that:

• Go to the ‘Account settings’ of your account

• Press 'Edit' to change the email address

• First, insert a new email address, then insert a 6-digit email change confirmation code (sent to your updated email address) in the 'Code' field

• Confirm the changes by pressing ‘Save’.

You will be automatically logged out after a successful email change.

Please keep in mind that you can only change your email address if you use the email/password login flow. You can do that once every 30 days.

If you have no access to your old email, please get in touch with our Client Support team via web chat or email support@ggchest.com to have your email address updated.
